Sauteed Beef with Vermicelli

In our in Our Sauteed Beef with Vermicelli , the beef- which is quickly marinated and charred in a hot wok – is spooned over the cold rice vermicelli, then come cucumber, beansprouts and herbs. With a splash of dipping sauce and roasted peanuts on top, now you have a refreshing and satisfying lunch or supper.

Beef Fried Noodle

The thick rice noodles stir-fried with abundant vegetables and beef makes our Beef Fried Noodle. Thin slices of beef are mixed with oyster sauce, sugar and pepper. The big wok is heated without oil before tossing all over until fire burns out.
