Beef Filet Mignon Noodle Soup

This beloved noodle soup is served with rich broth. A bunch of meatballs, tendon, tripe and especially semi-cooked tender beef fillet mignon, assorted with traditional variety of herbs and vegetables, truly makes it a name. Noted that our broth is made from a long boiling of beef bones, flank steak, charred onion, charred ginger and spices.
